General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of services provided by Studio-36 (hereinafter referred to as "Studio"). By using the services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this GTC.

2. Services

The Studio provides the following services:

  • Photography and videography

  • Rental of studio space and equipment

  • Makeup and styling services

  • Workshops and training sessions

  • ​

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Advance booking is required to use the services, which can be made through the Studio's website.

3.2. The rental fee must be paid on the day of the service, either in cash or by bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and Modification

4.1. Cancellation or modification of the booking must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time. In case of a  cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled booking, the first hour is payable.

4.2. For cancellations within 2 hours of the booking the total amount of the booking is payable.

5. Liability

5.1. The Studio is not responsible for accidents or damages that occur during the use of the service, except if caused by the Studio's fault.

5.2. When using the equipment, the renter is fully responsible for its condition and proper use. In case of any damage, the renter is obliged to cover the repair or replacement costs.

6. Data Protection

6.1. The Studio handles customers' personal data confidentially and uses it only to the extent necessary for providing the service. 6.2. Data processing is governed by the applicable data protection laws.

7. Other Provisions

7.1. Matters not regulated in this GTC are governed by the relevant Hungarian laws.

7.2. The Studio reserves the right to modify this GTC at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Studio's website.
